Please note that Brightline Villas, DLR Properties Overseas, Old Tower Properties, for themselves and the owner(s) of the properties featured give notice that:

1. These details are issued on the strict understanding that all negotiations are conducted through Villas, DLR Properties Overseas, Old Tower Properties, their representatives or agents. In the event of any party contracting to purchase a property as a result of information contained herein, or otherwise supplied by us or our local associates, even if the properties are not included on our web site or in our brochure, that they will pay our commission or introduction fee of the same amount.

2. The details given do not constitute, or constitute part of, an offer or contract.
